RTA member Pelmar Engineering LTD (ISRAEL) is pleased to announce our latest acquision which could interest all OTR Radial and Diagonal tire retreaders worldwide. The complete line was bought after being used for a very small extent from the original manufacturer as per the following description.
 
The line is composed of a complete state-of-the-art tread builder / applicator fed by 120mm (4.5”) AZ Shark Cold Feed Extruder equipped with a  Gearpump for perfect tread building. It also includes a second line of Cushion applicator fed by three x 70 mm AZ Pin type Cold Feed Extruders. The system is constructed to apply Hot cushion onto any carcass and automatically fill any holes regardless of size and shape. Temperatures and speed are completely controlled by the latest Allan Bradley PLC. The line can also be offered in two separate parts for tread application and for cushion application on Radial and Diagonal OTR tires.
 
The capacity is at least 800 kg/hour.
