Mr. Brodsky,

In reference to our conversation about  the material you received regarding the patent pending Safety Tire. The concept is already being produced in Europe by the Pirelli Tire Company via a non-exclusive production contract. The state of Illinois is considering in committee whether or not to mandate the tires in the state. It has also been presented to the state of Missouri. It has also been forwarded to the NHTSA for review. The patent itself will be published in April 2014 according to sources at the USPTO. This invention will help the traffic safety and highway patrols to see the unsafe tires as the vehicle is moving, thus helping to get the unsafe tires replaced before they come apart on the road. Insurance companies would compensate trucking companies and individuals for the increase of the cost of the tire via premium reductions. Win, win for all parties involved including the unsuspecting average motorist who ends up with their car getting hit by the tire debris when the current tires come apart on the road.
