What We Do

The Retread Tire Association is an international association totally dedicated to promoting and defending the environmental and economic benefits of high quality retreading and proper tire repairing.

Our news releases and articles are sent to thousands of email addresses including:

• Emails belonging to news agencies
• Trucking and environmental magazines
• Tire dealers and retreaders (regardless of whether they are RTA members)
• Environmentalists
• Tire recyclers
• Government agencies on the federal, state, province and local levels
• and others with an interest in retreading and proper tire repairing. 

We actively rebut negative mentions about retreading and tire repairing whenever we learn of such mentions wherever in the world they occur.
