which resulted in the email shown below.
We told him we would be sending this email in our RTA NEWS YOU CAN USE format.

I need to make contact with retreaders in Turkey and India or Pakistan as they are close enough to ship into Afghanistan.  Is there a European counterpart to RTA?  I know you are "worldwide" but I have not seen much from Europe or Asia.  How can I find retreaders from whom I can buy retread tires in these nearby countries: Turkey, India, possibly Pakistan or even Iran?  Dubai is another possibility.  And the former USSR is North of us and is also an overland possibility. I would really appreciate any contacts you might be able to provide.Thank you.

 My wife and I are from the Seattle area.  We really have no way to reliably get mail here, but our home mailing address is PO Box 4284, South Colby, WA 98384 USA. My sister in law picks up our mail and either scans it or sends in the next FedEx package we get.  My phone number in Afghanistan is (93) 794 132 236 and my Skype name is norman.gustavson.  Sounds like your memo will get to retreaders in Europe and Asia and that should get me a contact or three.
