RTA member Akar Makina and Shamrock Marketing are pleased to announce the opening of their demonstration and training facility in Louisville, Kentucky USA at Shamrock's headquarters. The facility includes state-of-the-art truck tire retreading equipment manufactured by Akar Makina.

The demonstration facility provides an opportunity for visitors to see and operate the Akar equipment first hand. This includes a fully operational CNC buffer, 24-tire autoclave, tread builder, inspection spreaders, skive stations, complete monorail system and much more.

The focal point of the facility is the powerful and impressive AKR 240 HCX CNC Buffer which was also very well received at the recent Autopromotec Show in Bologna Italy. Additionally, Shamrock Marketing will be offering tire retreading and repair training at this facility beginning in early 2014. An official grand opening for the Demonstration & Training Facility will be held later this year.
