To Whom It May concern:

I am writing this to bring your attention to a most unfortunate situation regarding a person named Scott Phelps who has done and continues to do great harm to my company and my reputation. Here are the facts and after you read the following you can draw your own conclusions:

A short time ago it came to my attention that Scott Phelps has been claiming ownership of Lyna Manufacturing Incorporated. This is a false statement with absolutely no basis in fact and it never has been.

Some time ago Lyna Manufacturing Incorporated gave an opportunity to Scott Phelps, which was not fulfilled by Mr. Phelps. Mr. Phelps then hijacked the Lyna Manufacturing Incorporated website and email addresses, and is planning to market an-out sourced tire sealant under Lyna Manufacturing Incorporated brands Tire Lyna and Tire Medic.

He never has had permission to do this and is operating under a false premise which is causing my company and me personally a great deal of harm. I urge you to NOT have any dealings with Mr. Phelps regarding Tire Lyna and Tire Medic since, as I stated above, he is NOT authorized to be using the Tire Lyna and Tire Medic brand names and is NOT associated with Lyna Manufacturing Incorporated in any way.

Any products Scott Phelps tries to sell to you under the names of Tire Lyna and Tire Medic should be viewed as counterfeit because that is what they are.
