TIA's OTR Tire Conference is the premier event for the global earthmover and construction tire industries. Last year, the 2023 conference attracted more than 500 people from 40 states and 13 countries representing manufacturers, suppliers, retreaders, and tire dealers who service the largest tires on earth. The OTR Conference features three educational sessions, tabletop exhibits, leisure activities and multiple networking opportunities.

The three general sessions focus on different areas to address topics that appeal to the diverse array of companies in attendance.

Wednesday: Maximizing Growth Through Training

TIA is the global leader in earthmover tire service technician training and certification. With a network of in-house and industry experts available, the general session on Wednesday is focused on specific safety procedures and guidelines that impact everyone in the audience. Servicing the largest tires and wheels requires specialized training, tools and equipment. The presentations articulate the steps that must be taken to maximize growth in safety and performance.

Thursday's Focus: Industry Insight

Thursday is highlighted by the annual economic forecast and then continues with other topics specific to the OTR tire industry as a whole. The economic forecast is a look at what attendees can expect in the construction and mining industries since they are the main customers of the OTR tire and retreading industries. Other industry-specific sessions are also included to provide additional insight on the earthmover and construction tire markets.

Friday's Focus: Professional Development

Professional development is a key component for success in any organization. Friday's presentations focus on the steps everyone can take to improve their performance and create additional value for their companies and customers. It is highlighted by a motivational speaker with an inspirational message at the end of the session, so everyone has a great takeaway.
