Tesco and the Italmatic Group of Companies are proud to announce!
Bringing OTR Tire Repair and Retreading into the 21st Century with AI enhanced technology.

Tesco-Italmatic of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Inland Industrial Tire of Stockton California have closed on the first Robotic GRV-51-JUP OTR Tire Repair and Regrooving machine with AI enhanced technology for the American Market.

The robotic machine can perform skive repairs on the tread and sidewall for OTR tire sizes from 25" to 51" with precision, increasing productivity by 80 percent over manual labor.

The newest technology created by Italmatic Robotics will also scan the tire via a highly sophisticated world patented "profilometer" laser that allows the ECU of the system to copy the existing tread design of the tire and sends the information to the robotics to then perform the procedure to renew and refresh the tread design increasing the life of the tire without decreasing the integrity of the casing.

The robotic machine has also been designed to work with a pre-cure building table to build Pre-cure OTR Tires.

Inland Industrial Tire has been in business since 1979 and has 3 locations in California.

Eric Griffin the owner of Inland Industrial Tire is the 3rd generation owner. Erick Griffin has been an innovator in the industry by installing OTR tire recycling equipment, going off the grid installing solar power to his operation to now bringing the OTR tire repairing into the 21st century with Italmatic Robotics technology and equipment.

Tesco-Italmatic and Italmatic Robotics Srl of Milan Italy, is pleased to be joining forces with Inland Industrial Tire to bring OTR Tire repairing into the 21st century.
