This photo of Rob Czukor (Tire Recycling Consultants) and Harvey Brodsky (founder of the Retread Tire Association) was taken at the 2015 OTR Conference held in Tucson Az.

This was the last OTR conference that Harvey attended. We remember Harvey at the current OTR conference as a mentor, a fine man and friend, and as a 5'4" giant of the Retread Industry.

Dressed in his classic pink shirt which he wore to support Breast Cancer research. Harvey was a speaker promoting the retread industry at most of the OTR conferences starting from 1980 until 2015.

Two of Harvey's favorite "Harveyisms" were: "there is never wrong time to do the right thing" and "if you love what you do for a living you never have to work a day in your life"

Standing with Harvey is Rob Czukor of Tire Recycling Consultants one of Harvey's closest friends and associates. Both Harvey and Rob believe that retreading an old tire into a new tire was the purest form of tire recycling.

Say hello to Rob at the conference and you'll learn quite a bit from him, as we have at RTA and we are proud to say he is one of our most important friends and members.
