AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR
ALL RETREADERS AND TIRE DEALERS WORLDWIDE

Dear Tire Retreaders and Tire Dealers,

I am Gus Lima,  for the last forty years I have been a proud member of the tire industry,  I am also the organizer of the North American Tire & Retread Expo to be held April 15-17, 2015 in New Orleans, LA.

I invite the tire retread industry to exhibit at the expo and I hope that all tire retread business professionals will come and visit the expo.

We are part of a $200+billion dollar global industry, during 2013 in the US (according to Modern Tire Dealer) 14.9 million retread truck tires were sold and 15.7 million new truck tires hit the market. Every one that is a professional in our business segment understands the importance of retreading. It is estimated that retreading saved the US trucking industry more than $3 billion dollars in 2013, not chump change!
 
For many years the retread tire industry has not had a dedicated home to call its own, for industry members to get together, exhibit, press the flesh and to get down to business.

This expo is our new home, it is a place where we tire and retread tire dealers can come together in a stress free venue to TALK TIRES.
 
We will be inviting the US trucking industry to visit the expo (free admittance) so that they can see and touch what the US Retread Tire industry has to offer.
 
We are presenting the Miss Retread 2015 contest that will award $5000 to the most beautiful retreaded truck tire, we are now adding a $2500 second place price and a $1000 third place price.  And YES, many of us do find tires to be a thing of beauty!

We hope that you come to the show and have a good time in New Orleans and hopefully do good business at YOUR TIRE AND RETREAD EXPO.
