Today we received a telephone call from Dennis North regarding his request for one of our REPUTABLE RETREADING DVDs. After discussing his reasons for wanting the DVD we decided to send him a total of 8 copies, all with our complments. Please see the follow up email from Mr. North, shown below, followed by the email we sent to him.

I am interested in obtaining 6 copies of your DVD on the process/procedures of tire retreading.  I work as an advisor to several VOTEC programs in Northwest Missouri.  The instructors have expressed an interest in showing this DVD to their students.

Hi Dennis,

It is our pleasure to send the DVDs you requested. In fact, we will send a few extra, for a total of 8, all with our compliments. We are also adding your email address to our mailing list for future RTA news releases and memos about the economic and environmental benefits of retreading.

As a matter of interest, our members are always looking for bright young people who may have an interest in working in a retread plant. Please keep this in mind and let me know if you have questions about this email. Finally, we will be happy to arrange for you and others in your schools to visit a retread plant for a first hand look at how tires are retreaded. Even though they will have a very good idea about the retread process after viewing the REPUTABLE RETREADING DVDs we are sending, there is nothing like having a "hands on" visit.
