We at RTA are proud of Rob, and here are some good reasons to vote for him for 2022 TIA Board and his commitment to Retreading.

Rob Czukor and his company Tire Recycling Consultants are well-known in the "end of life" tire recycling industry. Rob has spent the past 30-plus years helping companies create value and scrap tire derived products.

Through his extensive network of industry contacts, he offers a wealth of information and is sought after by both the largest companies in the tire industry, as well as individual entrepreneurs. Prior to the recent death of Fred Taylor, owner of Green Carbon OTR tire pyrolysis, Rob worked as director of outside sales for the Green Carbon TVR 103 system. There is no one person in the tire recycling industry that has more tire pyrolysis technology experience than Rob, who has viewed and worked with over 40 tire pyrolysis projects.

Rob has many years of experience working with scrap tire derived rubber crumb, utilized in both asphalt enhancement, and the molding and extruding of rubber flooring, as well as rubber/plastic composite rail cross ties, all of which have helped create safer roads, safer weight rooms in gyms and safer rail service, while keeping scrap tires out of landfills.

Rob resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is a broker/partner in a very successful 150+ agent real estate sales and marketing firm. He is recognized for his integrity and broad knowledge of the local market. In every aspect of Rob's dual careers he enjoys a sterling reputation and a high level of industry recognition.

Through his work with RTA, Rob is a nationally recognized TIA member, supporting and attending a number of TIA conferences and functions annually. 

For the better part of 40 years, researching and working with the best companies in the tire industry, it is our belief Rob would bring a unique prospective to the TIA board, including his vast knowledge of the tire retreading industry and a well balanced approach to tire recycling. He has been a huge supporter of the retread industry and when speaking always states the purest form of tire recycling is retreading.

Rob brings his expert-level knowledge of tire pyrolysis and his development work on recovered carbon black standards. He is also a firm proponent of the industry goals for a circular economy through the practice of end of life tire management. As we all know, the new tires of the future will contain scrap tire derived recovered materials, and Rob is ready to help the TIA meet that challenge.

Rob Czukor has been, and continues to be a huge supporter and friend of the retreading industry, and as he always says when speaking at industry events:  "Retreading is the purest form of tire recycling, making a used tire back into a road worthy tire is true recycling."

Election results will be announced in mid-September with the new Board members taking office on Monday, Oct. 31, 2022, at TIA's annual Membership Meeting during the Global Tire Expo/SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Those elected will serve 3 year terms.
