A final word on the 2015 North American Tire & Retread Expo
in New Orleans and 3 RTA Members who are are winners in every way!

When Gus Lima and Linda Bassitt of RTA Member Latin Expo Group LLC announced in October that they would be hosting a Miss Retread Contest at the NATRE Expo in New Orleans, we were thrilled. Little did we know that all 3 of the winners, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, would be our friends and members of RTA.

And the winners are (and we say this with unabashed pride):

- Industrias Del Neumaticos S.A.U. of Alicante, Spain,
won first place and $5000.

- Allied Oil & Tire, Co.
(of Michelin Retread Technologies) of Omaha, Neb.,
won 2nd place and $2500.

- Centre Techno Pneu, Inc.
(associated with Borrachas Vipal S/A.), of Rimouski, Quebec,
won 3rd place and $1000.

Again we have to say that it makes us proud to know
that these 3 companies are members of the Retread Tire Association
and bring the kind of ingenuity, integrity and skills that are necessary
in upholding and advancing the standards of today's retreading industry.

Congratulations to you Pedro Antonio Perez Sanchez, Salvador Perez Lucena, Don Roberts,
Jean-Francois Marquis and Eric Marquis and everyone at all 3 of these fine companies

The NORTH AMERICAN TIRE & RETREAD EXPO was held April 15-17, 2015
in New Orleans and featured over 110 + tire and tire retread companies.
