KOLSAN Lastik is a manufacturing company, founded in the year 2000, and is located in the Izmit–Kocaeli Industrial zone in Turkey.

Our goal is to connect with RTA members worldwide, and to bring to your attention our quality rubber compound products at competitive prices, especially hot Orbitread OTR Tread rubber users, hot truck, hot light truck, and hot passenger tread rubber users, (excluding ringtread for Truck or OTR, which we do not produce).

Kolsan's expertise comes from over 15 years of service to very respected customers such as Pirelli, Goodyear, Petlas, Tatko, Syron and many more.

We can supply hot cure compound for OTR, Truck, Farm and passenger tires.

Kolsan has been serving the tire industry with off take tire manufacturing in Passenger Radial, Farm (front and rear), Light Truck, Truck & Bus and off highway bias tires.

Custom mixing

Kolsan works with state of the art mixing equipment, serving the tire Industry globally. We produce high performance compounds mixed with our customer's own formulas. We work with major tire and retreading companies worldwide, and also mix compounds necessary for their own tire manufacturing facilities.

Kolsan is at your service

Kolsan's mixing room is equipped with modern systems such as auto weighing and auto feeding of raw materials and enough day bins to cope with 6-7 different carbon black types. Our mixing room with its variable speed rotor and hydraulic ram feature is also capable of producing high silica compounds with excellent dispersibility.

Our manufacturing facility covers 35,000 SQM land, (22,000 SQM covered area) with 360 employees.

Kolsan's core business is tire manufacturing, and our experience comes with 13 years of manufacturing bias and radial tires for Pirelli and mixed compounds for Goodyear & Pirelli.
We handle all aspects of the process, from Banbury to Final Finishing.

Kolsan's strong environmental and quality policies are based on the "respect for people" principle.
