Visitors were pleasantly surprised by OBO Tyres at the Reifen fair  - Essen

 Retreading of running wheels and rubber tracks was launched at the fair

Over the last few days, the tyre world was dominated by world's largest tyre exhibition "Reifen" in Essen, Germany. With nearly 20,000 visitors yet another success for the biannial tires fair. OBO Tyres with branches in Hardenberg, Netherlands and Leipzig, Germany was present with a beach stand in the Gallery from the exhibition centre and brought a summer vibe in addition to various novelties to the fair.

With the introduction of the retreading of running wheels and repair and soon the retreading of rubber agri tracks the tire retreader showed its latest products in the range of custom solutions. Even though it doesn't concern  tires, it is a logical step in the product development of the tire retreading company. "With a self-engineered machine our already complete plant expanded and was made suitable for this new product group within our company" said Frederick Zandman, Manager Operations at OBO Tyres. "We retread the running wheels and do the repair of the tracks already. By summer the complete retreading of the rubber tracks was added to our operation. "

Visitors were offered the chance to have their picture taken with a model in a tropical setting on the stand in the gallery. All this to again emphasize how relaxed tire retreading can be. Visitors got to keep the recognizable green sunglasses given to them to hold on to the summer feeling.

For some time now it has become clear that OBO Tyres has more to offer than just the retreading of tires, even more with the launch in 2015 of the house brand Techking Tires. This year, used tires, rims, valves o-rings and tubes were added to the assortment. Everything is reflected in the new folder with pricelist which was available online directly after the fair on the website www.obotyres.com.
