A message for all potential 2020 Clemson Tire Conference Attendees:
UPDATE on the
2020 Clemson Global Tire Conference

IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19:
The CLEMSON GLOBAL TIRE CONFERENCE
Has Been POSTPONED

We received news today from Jim Burns, Salley Ouellette and Nan Johnston at Clemson
that the scheduled April 28 Global Tire Conference to be held at Hilton Head, SC
has been postponed till a possible alternative date in June.

We will keep you updated as we learn more, BUT meanwhile we encourage you to please check out the Conference website and learn about this great event.

CLEMSON GLOBAL TIRE CONFERENCE UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19:
 
Thank you for registering for the 38th Annual Clemson Tire Conference. 

Our Tire Conference attendees have always been our number one priority, because we know that without you there would be no conference. However, given the growing concerns around COVID-19 and under the direction of University Officials, we have made the difficult decision not to convene on April 28-30, 2020.  
 
We are working on a possible alternative date in June, and will communicate this option should it be available.

If you are a registrant who paid with either invoice or credit card, we can:
• hold your registration payment until we confirm an alternative date,
• process a refund to your credit card payment immediately, or
• void your invoice if you chose that payment option.  
 
Please contact Salley Ouellette at palmer4@clemson.edu  to let her know how you would like to move forward.
If you have also already reserved your rooms, please contact the Sonesta Resort at (843) 842-2400 to cancel.
