RTA MEMBERS COLORSERVICE SRL OF ITALY
AND PELMAR ENGINEERING GROUP OF ISRAEL
ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT

RTA member ColorService srl of Dueville, Italy and RTA member Pelmar Engineering Group have reached an agreement for worldwide cooperation for the tire and rubber industry. ColorService srl is a leader in production of fully automatic weighing and dosing lines for small chemicals for rubber compounding mill rooms. Although CS exists for more than 40 years, it is a relative newcomer to the tire and rubber industry. Their main activity has been, and to a certain extent still is, the textile industry where they became the major supplier of dosing lines. Quite a lot of this experience is now being applied to the polymer industry.

Both ColorService and of course Pelmar Engineering, which is a founding member, are members of The Retread Tire Association.
 
The main efforts of the new partnership are to introduce CS advanced systems to additional major tire companies, several of whom are already using successfully this system. The results are a major saving in space, manpower, adhesion to the strictest environmental laws and worker safety and, more importantly, accuracy and speed, which is unprecedented. Another feature is that ColorService has the only equipment that produces the EVA bags, barcodes them and seals them so that there is no dust and feeding to the mixer or mills is done completely automatically.
 
ColorService will participate at the North American Tire and Retreading Expo in New Orleans April 15-17, 2015. All interested parties are cordially invited to visit ColorService at the Expo and learn more about their exciting products, including the unit shown in the photo below.
