WHO IS JEFFREY PARKS?
 And Why Does It Matter?

Jeffrey Parks is my very able assistant (in the best sense of the word) and is also the Administrator of everything that goes on in the back office of the Retread Tire Association.
 
Jeffrey is responsible for processing all RTA  member dues payments, as well handling the myriad of other office tasks that would overwhelm me if I were to try to handle them without Jeffrey's help.
 
Because of the phenomenal growth of the Retread Tire Association it has become impossible for one person to handle all of the paperwork required to maintain orderly records, and that is where he shines.
 
Jeffrey is a VALUABLE member of the Retread Tire Association staff and as we continue to grow and time goes by you will be seeing and hearing many more good things about him.
 
If and when you meet Jeffrey, either in person of by telephone, please give Jeffrey a warm welcome. He richly deserves it!
