We feel the BTT-5700 is a true benefit in both efficiency and quality for inspection and would be a great addition to any Retread location.

 
The BRANICK BTT-5700 is the next generation in electronic tire testing and inspection. It is more compact that most other systems without sacrificing functionality. The adjustable height platform provides an ergonomic working environment and the swivel-arm mounted operator panel makes it easy to reach the controls. It has bi-directional rotation with dual sided foot controls and rotation speed can be adjusted to optimize efficiency. The powered swing arm moves the probe in and out of the tire quickly and smoothly. All probe, spread and lift controls are hand operated.
 
The BTT-5700 can function in both automatic and manual modes to help pinpoint the more challenging flaws. It will accurately detect punctures, partial penetrations and metal objects in the tread, shoulder and sidewall. A visible spark and flaw indicator light let you know when a flaw is detected and tire rotation stops so the flaw can be marked.
 
The BTT-5700 can handle tires up to 24.5" bead diameter and 18" cross section. All probe heads include the quick-change system for fast change over. A medium truck probe head is included with the unit and many other probe sizes are available to ensure complete coverage of all tire types.
