Hello RTA,

I have been working in Afghanistan for several years for a non profit organization, but I am also interested in business opportunities here.
 
There is very rapid growth in cars and trucks and lots of new and used tires but no one seems to have ever heard of retreads here.  I suspect you have a European and maybe an Asian counterpart in the form of Associations in this half of the world.  Could you give me information about making contact with the retread industry in Europe or Asia? 

I hope to start by bringing in a container of retreads and test the market here.  If successful we could even build a retreading operation here.  I would appreciate any information you can send me.
